Our non-profit organization was created to prepare women to compete for good paying jobs in the construction trades.
Reshaping Tomorrow’s Workforce Today
Our FREE** nine-week, pre-apprenticeship training programs are designed for women who want to pursue careers in the skilled trades. We have partnerships with other community-based programs so we can also offer support in essentials such as childcare, transportation, tools and career guidance.

** Our program is designed to be free for all accepted applicants, subject to the availability of Workforce Development grant funding.
*According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics and other sources, the percentage of women in construction overall has hovered somewhere between 9% and 10% since 1996 and is currently at 9.9%.
